Freedom from Smoking is an evidence-based smoking cessation curriculum from the American Lung Association. It focuses on behavior change and the positive effects of quitting. The goal of the program is for participants to be non-smokers by the end of the program. There are eight total sessions which run over the course of seven weeks. The program is facilitated by an American Lung Association certified facilitator.
